Closing windows and sun roof 3

The electric door windows 3 a nd the electric

sun roof 3 can be closed from the outside :

press button p on remote control while

locking or hold key in the door locking

position until windows and sun roof are fully

closed.

Centra l l ock ing syst em,

mechanical anti-theft locking system

Loc kin g

All doors must be closed, the driver’s door

must have been opened once previously;

pr ess bu tt on p on the remote control again

within 10 seconds of locking

– or –

turn key in driver's door lock towards rea r of

vehicle a gain within 10 seconds a fter locking,

then turn it back to the vertical position and

re mo ve.

Lock buttons on all doors are positioned such

that doors c annot be opened.

To unlock:

Press button q o n rem o te co nt ro l un i t

– or –

turn key in driver's door lock towards front of

vehicle, then turn it back to the vertical

position and remove.

Unlocking is not possible in any other way, so

ke ep the spare key a ccessible in a sa fe place !

Care must be taken when operating the

electric windows and the sun roof. The re is

a risk of injury, especially for children, and

a danger that articles could bec ome

trappe d.

Vehicle pa ssengers must be informed

accordingly.

Keep a close wat ch on the windows and

sun roof when closing them. Ensu re that

nothing becomes trapped in them as they

mo ve.

Do not use the system if there are people in

the ve hicle! The doors c annot be unlock ed

from inside.
