Head restraints, Estate

To fold dow n the passenger seat backrest

(L uggage compartment enlargemen t, see

page 70), remove the h ead re straint. To do so,

release the two springs by pressing them and

detach the head restra int. See Figure 7353 V.

Rear outer head restraints

To fold dow n: press button, head restraint

automatically folds forward. To raise, push

head restrain t up an d engage a udibly.

Rear centre head res traint

If the cen tre seat is unoccupied, the he ad

restraint can be pushed all the way down to

improve visibility. Push the head restraint

forward and down simultaneously.

If the cen tre seat is occupied, se t the he ad

restraint to the first or second position

according to the height of the passenger.

Centre armrest 3

The armre st can be ra ised. W hen f old ed down

from the raised position the armrest engages

in the h orizontal position. To lower the

ar mr est f ully: pre ss t he bu tt on on th e bot to m.

To acce ss the stowage compa rtmen t in the

centre armrest, press the button at the top

and open the lid.
